We now have a newly upgraded Hoover Notes e-mail system and Hoover PTA website in operation, both designed to provide up-to-date information about school events, scheduling reminders, and important policies.

Only if you are currently NOT receiving HooverNotes (several updates have been sent out so you should know if your e-mail address is already on the master list).  Add your e-mail address by following these instructions closely:

Send an e-mail from your e-mail account to hoovernotes-on@hooverpta.org or Click Here

You will receive a confirmation e-mail back. Please hit "reply" to that e-mail. Once the Hoovernotes List server receives your confirmation you will be on the list.

Unsubscribe

To be removed from the list, send an email to Hoovernotes-off@hooverpta.org using the email you are subscribed with.  You can leave the list at any time by sending an email as above. The email must come from the same one with which you subscribed and you must reply to the confirmation email you will receive in order to be unsubscribed.

The Hoovernotes list is totally private. It is never given out and only the authorized editor of the Hoovernotes may send messages to this list. It is also a "blind" list, so no one else sees your email address.

If e-mail to your address is rejected, your address will automatically be deleted from the Hoovernotes list after 3 unsuccessful tries.
