To join the Hoover Middle School PTA:

• Print and fill out the application form.
• Provide cash or check payable to Hoover PTA.
• Return both in envelope marked PTA Membership to the front office (it is fine to send it in with your child).
• Enjoy your new directory and all the other benefits of PTA membership as outlined on the PTA web site.

You can also apply online. S & H and taxes apply for credit card payments.
NOTE: Please select multiples of $5.00 to increase your contribution for Armchair Fundraiser and Staff Appreciation contributions.
